Place the wedges in a large bowl and toss with the oil. Spread
in a single layer on a large, non-stick baking tray. Bake on the
top shelf of the oven for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway.
Place the sausages on a separate non-stick baking tray. Cook in
the oven, alongside the wedges, for the final 30 minutes of cooking
time, turning halfway.
Meanwhile, cook the carrots and broccoli in a medium pan of
boiling water for 5 minutes, until tender, then drain. Serve immediately.
Make it veggie
Simply swap the pork sausages with 2 x 300g packs Love Soya Lincolnshire Style sausages by Sainsbury's and cook according to pack instructions.
