Chicken Tikka Masala has become one of Britain's favourite dishes. Ours is made with an exclusive mix of ingredients and spices you won't find anywhere else.
We marinate our chicken with yogurt and spices and cook it in a flame grilled oven. We use both cashew nut purée and onion purée to thicken our curry sauce and give it a rich and sweet flavour. Half fat cream instead of single cream cuts down on the calories in the dish without losing any of the flavour. Then we add a little bit of honey to deliver a brilliantly rounded flavour.
