Taste the Difference Clementine and Ginger Stuffing Balls

A roast turkey without stuffing just isn't Christmas. And last year we took our inspiration from classic seasonal flavours, mixing citrus with spice to create a stuffing that was extra special.

An instant classic

Stuffing is the ultimate accompaniment to Christmas dinner but we went all out last year to create a limited edition festive recipe that really added flavour to your Christmas roast. Made with coarsely minced British pork and jam made from fresh clementines and ginger, it was an exciting blend of zest clementines and aromatic ginger, and the stuffing of the season. 

The finishing touch to a roast 

Traditionally, stuffing goes inside a bird but it's becoming ever more popular to serve individual portions of stuffing cooked on their own. Of course, you could have done both - stuffing the neck end of the bird with a classic pork, sage and onion stuffing before cooking, and then serving it with our Taste the Difference Clementine and Ginger Stuffing Balls on the side. The ultimate indulgence!
