Taste the Difference Hidden Cherry Centre Christmas Pudding

When you broke open our delicious Taste the Difference pudding, new for 2011, you got a very special surprise: fabulous Kirsch-soaked cherries.

A pudding with hidden talents

It might have looked like a traditional Christmas pudding, but inside the familiar dome shape was a pudding that was packed with fruit, yet lighter than you'd expect. The real difference was the secret store of cherries soaked in Kirsch captured in the centre. A delightful surprise when you served it up, the cherries gave off a wonderful aroma and tasted delicious.

Just add cream

Because it's wasn't a traditional pudding we suggested you skip the sauce and think about serving it up with a dollop of Taste the Difference Jersey Double Cream. Or a scoop of our Devonshire creamy Taste the Difference Vanilla Ice Cream. Heavenly.
