A very modern Christmas
We created two brand new gateaux specially for the festive season, to offer you a real alternative to cake and pudding. One was a light, moist sponge - a Limoncello mousse combination with a refreshingly tangy taste. The other was a modern twist on the Yule log with two delicious cheesecakes on a brownie base.
Perfect for parties
These gateaux looked every bit as fabulous as they tasted and were a great choice for entertaining family and friends. For a real party atmosphere, we suggested sprinkling the table with some glitter or stars and maybe even some tea lights or candles.

A taste of the Continent
Patisseries in Europe have long been creating new gateaux and evolving traditional recipes. We took inspiration and worked with our Spanish producer to create this Limoncello gateau, layered with sponge, Valencian lemon sauce, a tangy light Limoncello mousse and topped with shimmering Belgian white chocolate stars. Next we modernised the traditional Yule log, using plenty of rich Belgian chocolate and cheesecakes that are made with full fat soft cheese sourced from within the UK, and cream from the West Country.
